The IBM Sametime 9.0 Preview Guide is available for you to distribute to your users for new installations and upgrades to IBM Sametime. This guide is designed to help your users become productive on the new software quickly, and to provide them with links to documentation resources for further help.

Two files are available, attached to this wiki article:
- A PDF file (ST9_PreviewGuide.pdf) ready for e-mailing, printing, or distributing to your organization.
- An IBM Symphyony ODT file (ST9_PreviewGuide_editable.odt) that can be customized for your organization. You can can add contact information for your Help Desk. The file includes instructions in blue text for customizing information – remember to remove the blue text instructions before rolling out the file to your organization. After you make changes to the ODT file, you can export it as a PDF using IBM Symphony.
We suggest that you distribute the guide to your users before their new IBM Sametime 9.0 software is installed.
